Planting Tools When planting, you may encounter different soil and site conditions. Cheviot Trees provide a choice of 2 planting tools to suit any situation. 1. Planting Spade – Heavy duty, narrow, slightly angled blade, fibreglass shaft with ‘D’ handle. Ideal for rough conditions or grass. Planting Spade Price: £45 each + VAT 2. Corer Planting Tool – Designed to install Cell Grown trees into the ground. Also excellent general purpose planting tool. Eliminates compaction. Especially suitable for light or ploughed ground. Corer Planting Tool Price: £36 each + VAT
Sundries We also offer a range of planting sundries:- 10" Releaseable Tree Ties @ 5p each 24" Buckle Ties @ 70p each Thermats (Mulch Mats) 840mm x 840mm. P.O.A. Machine Rounded Posts for larger trees 1.2m x 50mm diameter @ £1.55 each or 1.5m x 60mm diameter @ £2.65 each Rolls of Green Windbreak @ £50 each Rolls of Mypex (100m x 1.0m roll) @ £55 each Prices above do not include VAT which should be added at the current rate.
