Height & Shape White Poplar is a medium sized tree
reaching approx. 20mtrs in height and with an untidy spreading
crown. Suckers are produced at the base quite readily.
Leaves & Flowers The tree is quite conspicuous by its leaves which dark green on top
side and white beneath. Catkins are produced during April and May.
Distribution Native to south eastern Europe, quite widespread.
