Hedging

Our hedgerows provide food and shelter for many birds, animals and insects.  Below we have listed the most common trees used for hedging.

Helpful information about trees and plants - Cheviot TreesDid you know? Autumn is an ideal time to start planting Cell Grown trees, whilst the soil is still warm and the tree roots are still active, but you can plant right through until summer. Because our trees are Cell Grown the plants suffer minimal root disturbance, allowing the plants to establish much more quickly than bare root trees.  Cell Grown trees are also much easier to handle, resulting in a higher success rate and the need for less maintenance after planting.
